Custom order
Other brands
We officially offer straps for Apple, Samsung and Fitbit. Many other smartwatches use the same universal quick-release fitting (20 mm or 22 mm), so our straps can fit those too. Because we don't list every brand and model separately, you order these as a custom order: made specially for you, to your wrist size. In three short steps you'll know exactly what you need.
Check your fitting
First, check whether your watch uses a standard quick-release strap: a spring bar with a small lever on the back of the strap that lets you click it off yourself. If your watch has a fixed or proprietary fitting, our strap won't fit.
Then work out the width: 20 mm or 22 mm. You can do this in three ways:
- The width is often printed on the back of your current strap.
- Sometimes you'll also find it in your watch's settings or its companion app (where applicable).
- Look it up on your watch brand's official website or manual.
Still stuck?
Don't want to search online yourself? Contact your watch brand's official customer service directly — most brands have a live chat or email.
Measure your wrist
Measure your wrist where you'd normally wear your watch and note the number of centimetres.
Using a tape measure
Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not too tight, not too loose — one finger should fit between the tape and your skin.
No tape measure?
Wrap a charging cable or strip of paper around your wrist and mark where it meets. Lay it flat and measure with a ruler.
Place your custom order
On the product page, choose your fitting (20 mm or 22 mm) and enter your wrist size in centimetres in the field provided. We'll make your strap to exactly that size — your order then goes straight into production.
Important to know
- These are made-to-order items, custom-made for you based on the fitting and wrist size you provide.
- Because they're made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply (the exemption for bespoke / made-to-measure goods). Once placed, your order cannot be changed, cancelled or returned — even if you later change your mind or find your watch isn't compatible. It goes straight into production.
- You are responsible for checking compatibility (fitting type and width) and for providing the correct wrist size before you order.
- If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
