How to pay
We accept the following payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
The payment methods shown at checkout are the definitive list of options available to you. Available methods may vary depending on your device, browser, or country.
Prices & currency
All prices on our website are displayed in either Pound Sterling (£) or Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. The final amount charged to you will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
VAT: Included in all displayed prices
Price changes: Prices are confirmed at the time of order
Checkout currency: GBP | EUR — your bank may apply a conversion fee for non-GBP | non-EUR accounts
If you are paying from a non-GBP or non-Euro bank account, your bank or card provider may charge a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. Kejama has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.
Your payment is secure
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions on our website are protected by industry-standard security measures.
When you are charged
Your payment is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank. You are welcome to try again or use an alternative payment method.
For pre-order items, payment is also collected at the time of ordering. Your item will be shipped once it becomes available, as stated on the product page.
Payment questions
Please check that your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) were entered correctly and that your billing address matches what your bank has on file. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank directly. You can also reach us at support@kejama.com and we'll help where we can.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the confirmation is not there, contact us at support@kejama.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We'll locate your order and resend your confirmation right away.
All transactions are processed in either Pound Sterling (£) or Euros (€). If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount and may charge a foreign transaction fee. Kejama does not apply any additional conversion charges.
Kejama does not store your card details on our servers. Any saved payment information is held securely by Shopify Payments in a PCI DSS-compliant environment. You can manage or delete saved payment methods at any time via your account settings.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method following an approved return. Please see our Return Policy for full details on eligibility, the return process, and refund timelines.
