Shipping at a glance
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched from our base in Spain, with select designs fulfilled from our international ateliers.
Transit time: 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from order date
Free shipping: On all orders over €75
Standard shipping: Rates calculated at checkout for orders under €75

When will my order arrive?
Your total delivery time consists of two stages: handling time (the time we take to prepare and dispatch your order) and transit time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it to you).

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. The amount charged at checkout is the final shipping cost — there are no hidden fees added after purchase.
Where we ship from
Our main stock is dispatched from Spain. New and limited designs featuring rare materials are fulfilled from our international ateliers, allowing us to maintain the quality and authenticity of each piece while keeping our prices fair.
Orders fulfilled from international locations will have an estimated delivery time clearly indicated on the product page. All other terms of this Shipping Policy apply equally to these orders.
How your order gets to you
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track My Order page at any time to check your delivery status.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at support@kejama.com and we will look into it right away.
Pre-orders & reservations
Because our jewelry is handmade in limited quantities, some pieces may be available for pre-order. If you place a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of ordering. All other shipping terms apply once the order is dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Mon Petit Mantra is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@kejama.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered handling.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest status update. Occasional carrier delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing for UK orders.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@kejama.com or via our contact page and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
