Custom Size Order
Officially we offer bands for Apple, Samsung and Fitbit. Many other smartwatches use the same universal quick-release connection (20 mm or 22 mm), so our bands can fit those too. Because we don't list every brand and model separately, you order these as a made-to-measure order: made especially for you, to your exact size. In three short steps you'll know exactly what you need.
-
1
Check your connection
First, check whether your watch uses a standard quick-release band: a spring bar with a small lever on the back of the band that lets you unclip it yourself. If your watch has a fixed or brand-specific fitting, our band won't fit.
Then determine the width: 20 mm or 22 mm. There are three ways:
- The width is often printed on the back of your current band.
- You can sometimes find it in your watch settings or the companion app (where applicable).
- Look it up on the official website or manual of your watch brand.
Can't figure it out? Contact your watch brand's official customer support directly — most brands offer live chat or email.

Measure your wrist
Measure your wrist where you normally wear your watch and note the measurement in centimeters (or inches).

1Using a tape measure
Wrap the tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not too tight, not too loose — you should still be able to fit one finger underneath.

2No tape measure?
Wrap a charging cable or strip of paper around your wrist. Mark where it meets, lay it flat and measure it against a ruler.

Place your made-to-measure order
On the product page, choose your connection (20 mm or 22 mm) and enter your wrist size in the field provided. We make your band to that exact size — your order then goes straight into production.
Shop the Other Brands collectionImportant to know
- These are made-to-measure orders produced specially for you, based on the connection and wrist size you provide.
- Because of this, the standard right to cancel or return for change of mind does not apply to made-to-measure items. Once placed, your order cannot be changed, cancelled or returned — even if you later change your mind or find your watch isn't compatible. It goes straight into production.
- You are responsible for checking compatibility (connection type and width) and for providing the correct wrist size before you order.
- Does your order arrive damaged or not as ordered? Contact us and we'll of course help you out.
