Which size do I need?
Measure your wrist with a tape measure or a piece of string and compare it with our size guide. In doubt between two sizes? Go for the larger one — the band has stretch. You'll know in under a minute.
Can I wear it while exercising?
Yes. For walking, cycling and the gym it's absolutely fine: the band moves with you and stays in place. For swimming and sauna we recommend taking it off.
How do I keep it looking beautiful?
