How to measure your wrist
Measure your wrist where you'd normally wear your watch.
Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not too tight, not too loose — you should be able to fit one finger between the tape and your skin.
Wrap a charging cable or strip of paper around your wrist and mark where it meets. Lay it flat and measure with a ruler.

What if my jewellery doesn't fit?
Our watch bands come in different styles. Some are adjustable and others come in several sizes, so you can always choose the right fit.
Still not happy? You can return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
Can I shower or swim with it?
We don't recommend it. Natural stones and prolonged contact with water, soap and shampoo can discolour the stone or weaken the cord over time. To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend taking it off before showering.
The good news: taking it off and putting it back on only takes a moment, and with the right care your jewellery will look beautiful for years.
What if the jewellery I want is sold out?
When a piece of jewellery is sold out, it may unfortunately not be restocked.
This is because we work with natural materials that are sometimes in limited supply. Each piece is unique and our stock can vary.
If you see a piece of jewellery you fancy, we recommend ordering quickly to avoid disappointment.
We do our best to fulfill all requests, but we can't guarantee that a sold-out piece will return to stock.
