Our straps use the universal Quick Release pin connector (20 mm or 22 mm). That means they fit many more watches than just Samsung — as long as your model uses the same connector.
Good to know: some watches use a proprietary connector (for example certain Garmin models with QuickFit) that these straps do not fit. Before you order, always check that your exact watch model has a Quick Release connector in the right width. Choosing the right connector for your watch is your own responsibility.
Many brands — such as Garmin, Fossil and Huawei — use a universal Quick Release pin connector of 20 mm or 22 mm.
Check your own model
Look up the connector of your exact watch model (Quick Release, and 20 or 22 mm) before you order — that way you know for sure it will fit.
1
Check your exact watch model
“Does the [brand + model name] use a quick release pin connector?” For example: “Does the Fossil Gen 6 use a quick release pin connector?”
Look it up on the official website or manual of your watch brand.
Important: always check your exact watch model and its case size before you order. This determines whether your watch is compatible with the Quick Release pin mechanism and which connector size it uses (20 mm or 22 mm).
Can't find it?
Don't want to search online yourself? Get in touch directly with the official customer service of your watch brand — most brands have a live chat or email.
2
Measure your wrist
Measure your wrist where you'd normally wear your watch and note the number of centimetres.
1
Using a tape measure
Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not too tight, not too loose — one finger should fit between the tape and your skin.
2
No tape measure?
Wrap a charging cable or strip of paper around your wrist. Mark where it ends, lay it flat and measure with a ruler.
3
Enter your details
On the product page you provide these two details. For example:
Watch brand + model *
For example:Garmin Venu Sq 2
Wrist circumference *
For example:17.4 cm

Place your made-to-measure order
On the product page, choose your connector (20 mm or 22 mm) and enter your wrist size in centimetres in the field provided. We make your strap to that exact size — your order then goes straight into production.
Important to know
These are made-to-measure orders, produced specially for you based on the connector and wrist size you provide.
Because they are made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply (the exemption for bespoke / made-to-measure goods). Once placed, your order cannot be changed, cancelled or returned — even if you later change your mind or find your watch isn't compatible. It goes straight into production.
You are responsible for checking compatibility (connector type and width) and for providing the correct wrist size before you order.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please do get in touch — your statutory rights are unaffected and we'll gladly put it right.
