How to measure your wrist
Measure your wrist where you'd normally wear your watch.
Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Not too tight, not too loose — one finger should fit between the tape and your skin.
Wrap a charging cable or strip of paper around your wrist and mark where it meets. Lay it flat and measure with a ruler.
How to find your case size
Use either method below to find your watch's case size (e.g. 44mm).
Flip your watch over and look for the case size in mm printed on the back. If you only see a model number (e.g. SM-R940), follow the tip below.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app → Watch settings → About watch. If it shows only the model name or number, follow the tip below.

Our jewellery is made with high-quality natural stones and materials, such as leather, vegan wax cord, or stainless steel to ensure durabilty.
Where is your jewellery made and shipped from?
Every stone we use is unique and sourced from specific regions around the world: from North and South America to Europe and Asia.
Some collections are limited due to the rarity of the materials. To keep prices fair and accessible, we sometimes ship these pieces directly from our international partners.
What if the jewellery I want is sold out?
When a piece of jewellery is sold out, it may unfortunately not be restocked.
This is because we work with natural materials that are sometimes in limited supply. Each piece is unique and our stock can vary.
If you see a piece of jewellery you fancy, we recommend ordering quickly to avoid disappointment.
We do our best to fulfill all requests, but we can't guarantee that a sold-out piece will return to stock.
